Resistance Band Training

Join us every Wednesday at 10:00 am in the MPR for a full body workout utilizing resistance bands. This multilevel class offers an effective workout for beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants. This low impact class targets stabilizing muscles, improves balance, core strength and increases muscular endurance. $10 per person.
