Jayne Concialdi is an Administrative Assistant for ICP and has recently joined Access Management from a portfolio property administrative position in Naples and has an extensive background in Office Administration. Originally from New Hampshire, having grown up in a small College town, Jayne traded in her snow shovel for a beach chair. When not working, you will find her spending time with her grandson, and family, on her boat looking for shells at Keewaydin Island, or playing golf with her husband.

Tamara joins ICP as an experienced Lifestyle Director and has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. She has worked in hotels and country clubs, where she managed events and wellness programs and has also served as a head tennis professional.
Tamara was born and raised in South Florida and has enjoyed an active lifestyle playing competitive tennis in her youth at a state and national level. She also played division 1 college tennis at University of South Carolina, whereshe studied Hospitality Management. A proud mother of two, who resides in Naples with her husband, Tamara’s love for people and creating meaningful experiences brings her to the Isles. As someone who enjoys staying active, she is very excited for this new chapter at The Isles of Collier Preserve.
Andy Allen

Andy has lived in Naples since 1985. He went to Lely High School and later to the University of Florida. He has experience generating landscape designs, installation management and the maintenance of landscapes from single family dwellings to high-end residential homes in Port Royal. He has worked on larger commercial and corporate projects such as Ft. Myers International Airport, Marco Island Marriott, Collier County Road Landscaping, Miromar and Mercato. Andy has worked in the landscape industry over twenty years, all in Southwest Florida.
Elisabeth Hutter

Elisabeth was born and raised in Naples, FL, and she has found her way back after spending 11 years in the food and beverage world of Tampa, FL. Elisabeth has years of experience in catering management, bar management and private club front of house management. She prides herself on her dedication, hard work ethic and team building abilities and is eager to bring her knowledge to the team at OBG.
When not at work, Elisabeth enjoys hiking with her 2 dogs, soaking up the sun at the beach, horseback riding and traveling to other countries. Elisabeth was carefully selected to join the team and is excited to serve our residents.

Tony’s professional endeavors are nothing short of impressive – He has a vast portfolio, holding numerous executive chef titles at restaurants across the country. His experience includes Marriot International’s San souci located In public square in Cleveland Ohio, Arterra in Del Mar and Kitchen 4140 in southern California, Dolce pane e vino in Rancho Santa Fe, MW, a Thomas Keller inspired restaurant in Hawaii, as well as Cameron Mitchell Restaurant group in Columbus Ohio. Through his years of hotel and restaurant experiences Tony also created a personal chef company catering to multiple celebrities In San Diego. Tony Focuses on Coastal Cuisines with French and Italian influences while focusing on local ingredients.
Fast Forward to now. Tony and his wife Lu reside in Naples Florida with their 2-year-old son Anthony jr. In his Spare time Tony enjoys hitting the links, bass fishing and of course cooking at home. His Passion for the industry can be tasted in his food and felt through his delivery. Please stop in to meet him at any time as I am sure he is anxious to meet all of you. Cheers.
Hector Montero

Hector Montero joined Access Management in 2019. Previously, he worked for Bellasera Hotel in Naples as a cleaning supervisor. Originally, he moved from Albuquerque, NM where he worked for Sheraton Hotel. When not working, Hector spends time with his family and enjoys reading. Hector is always willing to help and assist others with any issues.
Tatiana Francois

We are pleased to welcome Tatiana Francois to our ICP HOA Staff as an Administrative Assistant. Tatiana was born in New York, NY, but raised in Port au Prince, Haiti. She has a nursing background and has previously worked as a med tech in Senior Living. She also has extensive background in medical billing, coding, and administrative work. Tatiana is very excited to take on this new role as Administrative Assistant. Tatiana’s attentive personality and willingness to always assist is second nature to her. She loves to attend to the residents in fulfilling all of their HOA needs. In her spare time, Tatiana loves to spend time with her son and daughter, listen to music and traveling.
Philip Jimenez
Maintenance
Philip Jimenez comes to ICP with an extensive background in Engineering and Field Inspection. He also has done Maintenance in previous HOA Communities for the past 5 years. When he is not working, Philip enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis. Philip takes great pride in the beautification of communities and doing a job to the fullest.
Peter Bilotto
Maintenance
Originally from Illinois, Peter has a background in Farming. He is excited for this new opportunity for maintaining the grounds and upkeep at ICP. When Peter is not working, he is spending time with his adorable son and family. Peter is an avid stamp collector.
