Come explore the Isles of Collier Preserve with biological guide Ian Easterling of Everglades Edge on Sunday, November 6th at 9:00am. Inland scrub is a fast-disappearing part of Southwest Florida’s Ecosystem. The Isles community contains one of the last remaining continuous patches of this habitat in Naples, and we would like to share its beauty with you. Enjoy from nature’s perspective. Please bring appropriate supplies such as bug spray, sunscreen, and water. Although we will be sticking to community grounds, please be sure to wear close-toed shoes and bring plenty of water. Long sleeves and/or long pants are recommended to combat the elements as well. Space is limited to 20 residents.
