Join us on Saturday, June 4th at 11:00am in the Fitness Center. Fit Forever will be providing a complimentary equipment demonstration in your fitness center. During this demonstration you will learn how to properly and safely use all of your machines. As we go along we will break down each machine to make sure that you have the knowledge to choose if that machine is right for you. Not only will we go over all of the machines; we will also go over the free weights, your trx set up and other general fitness knowledge so you are prepared to either start your fitness journey or add to your routine. This is a great opportunity to learn or refresh yourself on how to get a great workout while staying injury free in your fitness center!
