Cypress Equipment Boot Camp

Get ready for a full body boot camp that will involve body weight exercises as well as cardio-based exercises. This outdoor boot camp will keep you moving! With the new addition of the Cypress Trail outdoor fitness equipment, this boot camp class will offer a full body workout! This one-hour long class will start at 6:00pm with a quick dynamic stretch, followed by the utilization of the Kompan equipment and finish with a cool down stretch. Come prepared with water, towel, and sunscreen. RSVP is required for this $10 one-hour class as space is limited for a more personal class!
